A Legacy in the Tea Trade
Anis Commercial Enterprises (ACE) traces its roots back to the pre-independence era of Sri Lanka, where our grandfathers were already making a name in the tea trade under the company name Messrs. Colonial Produce Export Co. Our Founder Chairman, Mahamood Ahamed Senior, was a prominent director of the company during this time. He was not only a well-experienced tea taster but also a seasoned businessman with a deep passion for the tea industry.
In 1983, with years of experience and dedication, Mahamood Ahamed Senior established his own company – Anis Commercial Enterprises. The birth of ACE on March 10, 1983, was a turning point, as it marked the beginning of a new chapter in the world of Ceylon tea exports. Through unwavering hard work, determination, and a commitment to excellence, ACE quickly gained recognition in the global market.
With over 42 years of expertise in the tea export sector, we have earned a solid reputation for quality and professionalism.
